Race Rules

• Registered runners must wear their club uniforms. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
• Runners and Walkers must not be accompanied by cyclists, vehicles or unentered persons, those who are followed in this way will be disqualified.
• Only Runners and Walkers wearing official Race Numbers on the front will be allow to finish.
• All competitors must follow the instructions of the coursemarshalls.
• Race Referees will be on the course to enforce the Race Rules.

Those taking part in the event are prohibited from including pets, or using : buggies, prams, skateboards, scooters, hand cylcles, roller blades and skates.
